What do you know about your name? Are our names important? Can my name exert influence on my life?
I guess even the most sceptical people would like to know facts about their names. Ancient people believed name has a great meaning - it was magical and nobody should know your name not to hurt you in any way. Modern world is the same in some ways - parents think hard to find a name for their child, but we do not believe in evil eye anymore - we consider it just to be a superstition.

This post is done for one purpose and one purpose only: To make a stop to the current unfriendly atmosphere in NewCapital.
Please respect that this is a clan matter and should only be handled by the heads/leaders of the different guilds.
I am asking all other, than the ones mentioned by name below, to keep their breath and if necessary, make a different topic to discuss this one. (This concerns the REAL topic on forum, not the copy on Scrolls so fee free to comment)
The responsible ones for each guild are to read this suggestion and sign when they have read it together with their comments.
Try to see the big picture instead of particular players/fights as we are discussing something crucial here.

“Okay, you got our attention, what you want?”
This is a extremely important matter so I am grateful for your time.
All of you are respected players and role models within your guilds. You are what most people wishes to become so your actions, words and even your thoughts have importance. Now I ask of you all to act for the greater good and once again take responsibility for our beloved town.
We need to find an agreement on how to end doing certain things.
We need to unite and say that we no longer find it suitable behaviour to cripple and use bloody attacks on each other.
Our town is smaller than ever, by hurting others, we end up hurting our selves.
I hope that you are able to make a distance and contemplate this matter for a while – You will see that this kind of behaviour isn’t suited for our town at this point.
Cripple manouver and Bloody attacks are game possibilities, sure they are but don’t you think that it’s more likely created for the other towns with population higher than 30 people online.
I believe that you will have some trouble convincing some of your members that this is the right thing to do – but that is why You are the leaders, You are the wise ones able to see the bigger picture and the greater good of different actions. So I ask of you – please sign this treaty and let’s make this city even better than it ever was – Together we can do wonders.

As we all know language of New Capital city is English and a lot of our citizens simply can`t use scrolls because they do not understand Russian language. I have made basic guide with translations of scroll`s screens for them and I really hope that it will help people to create their own scrolls. In my photo scroll you can find a folder, called "Screens of the scrolls" just open it and you`ll find 20 screens with translations. If you will have any questions about the use of scroll - what to make, how to make, what to do etc - then I always wait your questions here, in that post. I`ll try to answer your questions as good as possible and I won`t miss a question.
I hope that my work can encourage you to create your own scrolls to share your opinions and thoughts with people, because every opinion is important. Together we can solve problems  We are powerful when we are together =)
Leave your questions in that post and I`ll answer all your questions about the topic.

And again I’m making a footstep by a footstep up to the stairs. Ghostly cobblestone walls, covered with cobwebs, dusty and with and antique smell accompany me on my gateway. I keep going, till I notice an old quaint, ancient bow and there I’m standing in the front of an ancient door, which leads to a confined passageway.
It’s impossible not to notice, that the air had become cooler. My heavy boots made a tin-pan sound on the dirty, white marble floor, making me feel a bit strange.
Although I wasn’t scared of anything that could ever happen there, suddenly I felt spectral. A dark grey shade ran along my way, it glanced again and I felt sudden cold breath on my neck. For a short moment I became numb. I looked back, but there was nothing, that my eyes could ever perceive. 
Feeling peculiarly, I abruptly noticed an opened alcove in the old wall. My curiosity led me in the narrow alcove uncovering a large dark room.
My footsteps were reechoing in the room, but it was too dark to see anything. I felt blind, so I tried to find a safe road through the room, hoping to find something extraordinary.
While taking my steps I bumped against a wooden bureau. Plate glass smashed in the front of my sight, breaking it in small pieces and uncovering a face contour of a very beautiful girl, an old and very beautiful comb fell on the floor near the chippings.
The comb started to burn, it turned flame-color, started to smoke and turned into ash, but I noticed a very beautiful stone, which had left in the place of the comb. It was the igneous obsidian stone, I thought that it might be very precious and I took it.
Unexpectedly the chippings turned bloody and I heard penetrating, loud, malicious and captivating laugh, which took over room very swiftly.
One of the cullets became bright and levitated in the front of me, leading me to a very small trapdoor on the floor.
Under the trapdoor I found an entrance to a staircase, which led me up and I knew, that I’m somewhere in the walls of this citadel.
The winding stairs took me to small hidden tower… the door to the only room, which had an ancient hieroglyphics and runes on it. With a disquiet feeling I grabbed the door-handle and prepared for my destiny. 
The door was locked…

He seems like a nice person, wonder if he will get us new players?
